CTBK Ekotechnika and Proeko CDM merged to CDM Sp. z o.o.

On 31st August, 2009 CDM Consult (our Polish subsidiary) incorporated two formerly acquired Polish companies, CTBK Ekotechnika and Proeko CDM and changed it’s name to CDM Sp. z o.o.

By bringing together CTBK Ecotechnika, the oldest Polish utility infrastructure project design company, with Proeko CDM, one of Poland’s leading environmental consultants, CDM Sp Z.o.o. now offers technical expertise and informed services across the full life-cycle of EU-funded and local infrastructure projects, from policy development to contract supervision.

With a proven track record and present capability to support all traditional municipal utility sectors, as well as small to medium scale power generation, automation and control; the company now has the capacity to expand its portfolio of services first, foremost to meet client needs in Poland, Central and Eastern Europe as well as a willingness to support more region wide initiatives.
